What this module is for​

Inventory is the record of what the household owns. It is especially useful for devices, appliances, tools, insured valuables or anything else where purchase details, warranty timing and supporting documents matter later.

What people usually do here​

  • Record brand, model, serial number, storage location, purchase price and condition.
  • Add photos and note warranty details or other tracked dates.
  • Group items by category and storage location for easier browsing.
  • Look up receipts, manuals or related budget bookings when something breaks or needs to be replaced.

How it connects to other modules​

  • Documents can store manuals, receipts and warranty files linked to an item.
  • Budget can provide the purchase entry, refund or repair booking for that item.
  • Reminders can surface warranty deadlines and custom tracked dates.

Good to know​

  • Yuvomi calculates a warranty reminder before the warranty ends, which makes the module useful long after the purchase day.
  • Up to ten custom tracked dates per item can be used for service, inspections, renewals or similar recurring checkpoints.
  • Inventory is off by default in the current homepage messaging, which reflects its role as a specialized household module rather than a mandatory daily tool.
